By accessing or using the Get A Coach platform (https://getacoach.co.za), operated by Esterhuizen Coaching and Consulting Pty Ltd (“ECCSA”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies.
Get A Coach is a directory platform for coaches to list their businesses and services. ECCSA facilitates listing and discovery but is not party to any transactions between users and coaches.
Get A Coach is a marketing and exposure platform. It does not and cannot guarantee enquiries, engagements, or business outcomes for any listed coach. While the platform may increase visibility and create opportunities, the conversion of leads into business remains the full responsibility of the coach.
Users must provide accurate and complete information.
ECCSA reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or provide false or misleading information.
Coaches are fully responsible for the truthfulness and legality of any content they publish.
ECCSA does not verify qualifications or certifications.
Coaches agree to indemnify ECCSA against any claims resulting from false or misleading listings.
Coaches must ensure that all materials uploaded to the platform (including images, logos, documents, media, and text) are owned by them or properly licensed for use.
ECCSA is not liable for any copyright infringement, intellectual property violation, or unauthorised content published by coaches.
Users must independently verify the credentials and qualifications of any coach listed.
ECCSA accepts no liability for any damages, disputes, or losses incurred through engagements with listed coaches.
Listings on Get A Coach do not imply endorsement or guarantee by ECCSA.
ECCSA does not warrant the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services provided by listed coaches.
ECCSA makes no representation or guarantee that listing on the platform will result in new clients, income, or professional success.
Users may independently rate or review coaches on the platform.
ECCSA does not moderate or verify ratings unless they clearly violate our policies or applicable law.
ECCSA shall not be held liable or accountable for any user-generated ratings or reviews, regardless of their content, tone, or impact.
ECCSA will not remove any rating or review unless credible supporting evidence is submitted that proves the rating is false, defamatory, or abusive.
By using the platform, both users and coaches accept these terms and indemnify ECCSA against any and all claims, damages, or disputes arising from published ratings or reviews.
By registering or using the platform, you consent to receive service communications and marketing messages.
Get A Coach may display advertising, including Google AdSense.
ECCSA, its employees, directors, and affiliates are not liable for:
Any harm or loss resulting from use of the platform;
User reliance on any listing or advertisement;
Misrepresentations or omissions by coaches;
Copyright or intellectual property violations by coaches;
Ratings, reviews, or user-generated feedback displayed on the platform;
Lack of business leads, enquiries, or measurable results from use of the platform.
All platform content is owned or licensed by ECCSA. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
ECCSA reserves the right to terminate any account, listing, or access without notice for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Get A Coach platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal mediation. Only if such mediation fails after a reasonable effort, may the dispute be escalated to legal action.
All legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Centurion, Gauteng.
