This Refund and Returns Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of the Get A Coach platform, operated by Esterhuizen Coaching and Consulting Pty Ltd (“ECCSA”). By purchasing any listing, subscription, or advertising service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All purchases made through Get A Coach are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified herein.
Get A Coach is a digital directory and marketing platform and does not guarantee user engagement, conversions, or coach-client relationships.
This policy applies only to online purchases made through our platform. Custom contracts or enterprise advertising are governed by their respective terms.
Directory listings and subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
Annual plans are non-refundable once payment is processed, even if cancellation is requested before the anniversary date.
Refunds will not be granted for unused periods, inactive listings, lack of profile engagement, or user-requested changes post-publication.
If your listing is unavailable due to a system outage caused by ECCSA for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a partial service credit (not a refund), at ECCSA’s sole discretion.
Downtime due to maintenance, third-party hosting issues, or force majeure is excluded.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your listing content.
No refunds will be issued due to errors, omissions, or changes submitted by the listing coach after activation.
If ECCSA terminates a listing for breach of our Terms or misrepresentation, no refund will be issued.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds or pro-rated credits will apply.
